These are instructions for a contest run by Multiple Natures for Christmas 2022.

Goal: To identify Santa's Nature (his "talents"/"tigers")

Prize: A 90-minute MN Consultation with MN Founder-Creator, Steven Rudolph (can be used by the winner or gifted to anyone of their choice).

Location of Contest: LinkedIn

Eligibility: Anyone age 15 or older

Contest Open: from December 19th, 2022 until December 31st, 2022

Submission Deadline: December 31st, 2022

Results Announced: January 4th, 2023

Description:

To add some fun to the holiday season, we’re holding a contest—to identify Santa Claus’ Nature using the Multiple Natures method.

We invite you to visit our post on LinkedIn and suggest the levels of Santa’s Multiple Intelligences and Multiple Natures.

We welcome you to suggest Santa’s MI-MN scores and provide your justification.

How adventurous do you think he is? What about his interpersonal abilities?

And what about his Naturalistic Intelligence?

We will post the final results, the winner, along with Santa’s MNTEST Report based on the best suggestions. It will include his top matching careers, tasks, and leisure activities. Then we can see if Santa’s in the right line of work—or what kind of side gigs he might need to do to feed all of his tigers!

How to do it:

1. Go to the contest LinkedIn Post.
2. There are 19 personality traits that we use in the MN Method. Those include 10 Multiple Intelligences and 9 Multiple Natures.
3. Read the description of each.
4. Based on these descriptions, identify the key traits that you think are the most important in defining Santa's personality. Note, they may be "high", "medium," or "low".
5. Provide a justification for your answers.

E.g., I think Santa's Interpersonal Intelligence is __________ (high/medium/low) because ___________.

Contest Rules/Terms:

1. Anyone 15 years of age or older who is not an employee of Multiple Natures International or a relative of an employee at MNI.

4. The Entry Period will be from December 19th, 2022 until December 31st, 2022.
5. Entries must be made on Multiple Nature's LinkedIn profile on this specific post in the comments section.
6. One entry per person.
7. Submissions may not be edited or they will be disqualified.
8. Entries are judged by a panel at MNI.
9. MNI's decisions are binding and final.
10. The prize of a 90-minute consultation with Steven Rudolph may not be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
11. The prize must be redeemed within 1 year of the announcement of the winner.
12. The winner will be notified via LinkedIn direct message and announced on Multiple Nature's LinkedIn page on January 4th, 2023.
13. MNI reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the contest.
