What are the unique features of Multiple Natures?

  • Simplicity: MN is very easy to understand. The terminology and concepts are simple. There is no black box. Clients immediately comprehend the personality traits and how they combine together to incline them towards different types of work.
  • Precision: Some frameworks say there are 9 types of people or 16 types of people. We don’t believe in putting people into limiting boxes. The MN System can identify up to 10 quadrillion unique combinations of personality traits! It is the clients’ unique combination of traits that makes them special, and which is where they will discover how best leverage that unique set of traits.
  • Applicability: Multiple Natures can be used in a variety of contexts for a variety of clients related to career, professional, and personal development. (See above, “How can it be used?” It can be added easily to your existing process, either complementing or replacing your existing psychometric testing tools.
  • Live Assessment: The MN Method makes use not only of an online psychometric test—it also uses a live assessment—a one-on-one exchange between a trained practitioner and the client. This results in greater reliability in the scoring process, and results in a profound understanding by the client of their natural abilities. Many clients say this is the best part of the MN experience as they come to a deeper realization of their innate talents and how to apply them more effectively in their personal and professional lives.
  • No Strengths and Weaknesses: We don’t believe that any personality trait alone constitutes a strength or weakness. Everything depends on the circumstance. Instead, we emphasize the uniqueness of a person’s combination of traits, and choosing jobs and environments that favor their overall Natures.
  • Unique Framework: MN uses a unique psychological framework of 19 personality traits that includes Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences and Steven Rudolph’s Multiple Natures. Rudolph combines both Eastern Wisdom and Western Science in the model, which brings a more holistic view to the process and the value it brings.
  • Matching Reports: Our MN System has a database of thousands of careers, tasks, leisure activities. It can match each client with the ideal careers and skills that match their unique personality profiles. It also has filters that narrow down options based on the client’s qualifications and academic achievement. This way, matches are meaningful.

Testimonials

“MN goes much deeper than the other tools. It consistently brings out that “aha moment”, and provides a reality check for where potential lies. My clients constantly say things like ‘Wow, I never had so much information about myself.’ And they leave with tremendous clarity about their professional direction.”

Jan Goodman
Certified MN Practitioner, Greater Raritan One-Stop Career Center from Somerville, New Jersey

"What I most like about the MN Counseling approach is the fact that it is clearly a person-centered approach! While taking the test entails one obtaining scores and comparative measures to play with, the aim is clearly to put same to use in a way that will engender personal development. The MN Counseling approach strives to enable persons to obtain (and experientially “taste”) information and expanded inner experiences that will enable them to better select how to invest their time and energy for greater fulfillment in life."

Bill Walker
Certified MN Practitioner from Vufflens-le-Château, Switzerland
