MNLIFE Instructor course is intended for Certified MN Practitioners who wish to deepen their skills and expand their consulting services with MN tools. This course enables MN Practitioners to become MNLIFE Instructors and to run their MNLIFE Online or Onsite workshops with organizations and for the public.

MNLIFE is a dynamic, engaging, and entertaining learning experience that enables participants to identify their potential and become more aligned in their lives. To do so, they engage in a unique simulation as part of a virtual company that helps them explore their Natures, and get to the heart of who they are.

Empowered with this understanding and with enabling tools, they learn to address workplace and life challenges in new and effective ways that bring out their best as individuals and teams.

Who is MNLIFE Instructors course for?

This program is intended for MN Practitioners, who has:

• completed the MNTEST Group Edition Course
• conducted at least 40 MNTESTs (one-on-one)
• attended one MNLIFE Workshop (Online or Onsite)

Where and How?

After you have attended MNLIFE Online workshops as a participant, you will be required to run your MNLIFE workshop with supervision. Upon successfully conducting the workshop, you will become a certified MNLIFE Online Instructor.

Training Details for MNLIFE Onsite (Corporate and OPEN)

After you have attended MNLIFE Onsite workshops as a participant, you will be required to run your own MNLIFE Onsite workshop with supervision. Upon successfully conducting the workshop, you will become a certified MNLIFE Onsite Instructor.

For MNLIFE Onsite Instructor training – 2300 EUR / USD 2735

Note: This certificate permits you to run only onsite workshops.

Certification

To become an MNLIFE Instructor you must run MNLIFE workshops while supervised (by MNI creator-director Steven Rudolph or a Certified Trainer).

Upon successfully conducting the workshop, you will receive printed MNLIFE Instructor's (Online or Onsite) certificate. 

Note: Undertaking the MNLIFE Certification course does not guarantee that participants will be granted a certification. Participants must meet the standards of the program and be deemed competent to be an instructor by the attending supervisor. 

These include:

• Taking care of all technical details regarding the hosting of the event
• Ensuring participants are adequately oriented to the program
• Having mastery over the MN Concepts and Theory
• Ensuring participants are actively engaged in the training program
• Answering all questions effectively
• Maintaining composure and professionalism as a trainer at all times
• Handling any challenges or conflicts professionally

Participants who do not meet these criteria will be permitted an additional attempt to pass by organizing a second event, having to cover the costs of the supervisor and program royalties.
